22 years epunkt
For our customer epunkt, we designed and implemented an active afternoon workshop for 200 people based on the 8 lived company values.
The 200 employees were divided into 2 main groups, of which the first main group was assigned to the first rotation and the second main group to the second rotation. Each main group was split into 8 small groups, each of which was assigned a “bellwether”. The "bellwether" was responsible for guiding the group from station to station.
Our advertising agency excelled in the conception of the 8 values on 8 different T-shirts, which were displayed during the event as decorative elements at the stations for the employees to see.
The values and stations in detail are as follows:
Freedom – Station Graffiti
Freedom can be experienced in different ways. A special kind of freedom, creative freedom, arises from the practice of art. The epunkt employees were also able to experience this at the graffiti workshop and sprayed 3 large canvases with the letters FREIHEIT, LIBERTÈ and FREEDOM.
Optimism – Station Escape Games
Optimistic thinking means seizing opportunities, thinking in terms of solutions and approaching new challenges positively. The group was divided into 3 small groups and each was assigned an escape game - who can solve the puzzle in time?
Role model – Hall of Mirrors station
Everyone has a certain image of themselves, a self-image. When you look in the mirror, you also see a version of yourself. Just as our mirrors are sometimes distorted and sometimes clear, the self-image is sometimes blurry and sometimes crystal clear. By means of different questions on the mirrors, the guests had to decide on an answer. They did this by throwing a ping-pong ball into a bucket. At the end we evaluated how many role models there are in epunkt!
Appreciation – Station Lovely-Postcard
Appreciation means communicating clearly and honestly with one another and treating one another with respect. The employees could write each other an appreciative postcard.
Trust – Station Blind Drink mixing
Trust means trusting others, but also trusting yourself, giving advances of trust instead of carrying out checks.
The group was divided into pairs and each duo was blindfolded. On announcement, a drink was mixed blindly. For those willing to take risks, there was a slightly more complex drink, which required a lot of coordination and, of course, blind trust.
cohesion – Station music video
Each group could perform to Kings of Leon - "Sex on Fire" and had different gadgets at their disposal. In the end, a music video was cut showing the song in its entirety and the combined performance of the different groups. A music video worth seeing.
Ownership – Station Squid Game
Anyone familiar with the Netflix series knows that multiple people sign up to play in different games. Whoever wins the game gets a lot of money. Whoever is eliminated from a game is getting killed. Of course, it wasn't like that for us. We chose a game from the series for this station because we wanted to make it clear that action and inaction have consequences, so the group had to try to prick the famous Dalgona biscuits with a needle within a predefined time without breaking them.
courage – Station insect buffet
Which one of you is brave? You can show courage in different ways: by leaving your comfort zone, tackling new visions and goals, addressing conflicts or providing help when others look the other way, taking responsibility and standing up for yourself and others. True to the motto "No Risk, no Fun!", the employees were able to prove their courage by trying out the insect buffet and were also informed about sustainable and alternative nutrition.
