
Fast into the future - powerful ahead.
On July 2, 2022, we were able to create a workshop for the company “Fixkraftfuttermittel GmbH”. The goal was to present 15 future projects, which are to be implemented in the next 5 years.
How do you design such an event with 15 different topics!? How do you get the employees on board, without overwhelming them with dry lectures that are timed one after the other?
After all, everyone should work together and be exited for the future projects!
Quite simple, we turned this challenge into an event with integrative learning.
There is a famous quote from Confucius, which became an important part of the concept for the event:
"Tell me and I will forget...
"Tell me and I will forget... Show me and I might keep it...
Let me do it and I will be able to do it.”
To achieve the best possible results, we chose the RTSC (real-time strategic change) conference method, which initiates strategic change simultaneously at all levels and in all areas.
With this very interactive form of conference, management can quickly win over their employees and motivate them to see the final goal they are striving for. This could be a new strategy, important goals, a vision, a new structure, etc.
The event was also captured by a "graphic recording", so that all guests can keep the image, which was worked on together, for the future to come.
