PALFINGER Superweek 2023
Back in Vienna, and yet everything is new again! The top management meeting of PALFINGER AG continues its success story.
This year's PALFINGER Superweek had it all again. A concentrated conference program in combination with cozy evening events essentially describe what makes the Superweek special year after year. A meeting of management executives from all areas of the company and parts of the world to exchange ideas and pull together in the interests of the company as well as the goals set.
This year was again focused on the Global PALFINGER Organization respectively GPO, which describes the strategic restructuring of the company towards an even more globally oriented system. At the same time, communication channels should be designed as efficiently as possible. An exciting project that we were able to accompany.
After the first successful meeting day in the seminar rooms of the Hilton Vienna Park, the guests went to the neighboring Salonplafond im MAK, where they were invited to a relaxed get-together in a cozy atmosphere.
The main day of the event then took place on Tuesday, April 18th. The Grand Klimt Hall of Hilton Vienna Park was transformed into a top-class seminar room. A pleasant setting for the intensive daily program was created with an adequate stage, LED wall and cabaret seating. The combination of reports from the board of directors on the status quo and the vision, various lectures and workshops ensured a varied process.
At the end of the day, extreme mountaineer and speaker Rainer Petek made a guest appearance with a key note on the topic of change and transformation that was individually tailored to the current situation at PALFINGER. Then we were off to the nearby Palais Wertheim, where a very special gala dinner awaited the participants. The modern architecture of the location paired with high table seating and the appropriate decoration made the evening a unique experience.
Wednesday & Thursday were marked by regional team meetings. These were organized with an innovative room concept, divided into an active and a passive hall. The actual meetings took place in the active room, which were broadcasted live into the passive room and could therefore be followed by all the participants in this room. However, those in the passive room also had the opportunity to contribute to these meetings by asking questions either via chat or microphone. In this way, a lively exchange could be guaranteed. On Wednesday evening we went to another dinner together in the SKY restaurant in the Steffl on Kärntnerstraße, where the successful cooperation was toasted with a wonderful view over Vienna and an unrestricted sight of the city's landmark, St. Stephen's Cathedral.
Many thanks to PALFINGER for the renewed good cooperation, it was a great pleasure. We are already looking forward to the upcoming Superweek in 2024!
